Commissioned by production team Les Dotti for agency Niché, Studio C led the scenographic design of ALL IN 2025, the largest event dedicated to artificial intelligence in Canada.

Bringing together more than 6,500 participants — leaders, experts, startups and decision-makers from over 40 countries — at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, the 2025 edition established itself as a landmark gathering on the international stage.

Our mandate covered the full spatial experience: site plan development and scenographic design of over twenty distinct spaces — thematic pavilions, exhibition zones, stages, studios, lounges and networking areas. We also led the integration of all signage as well as the complete production of all décor elements, from budget management to fabrication workshop oversight.

A large-scale mandate executed with precision, through which Studio C brought together vision, design and realization in service of an international event shaped around the future of AI.
